Trekking in India

Trekking in India  is popular in Darjling and Sikkim. Darjling and Sikkim are the mountainous part of india. In darjling and Sikkim, tourist can view the spectacular view of Mount Kanchan Janga Himalaya. Mount Kanchan Janga is the third highest mountain in the world. Besides the mountain views,  Darjling and Sikkim are the popular places for the beautiful tea gardens. In Sikkim, trekkers could visit many different types of monastery like Rumtek monastery and Phodang monastery.

Intenerary

Day 01: Pick up from Kathmandu international airport and transfer to hotel                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Day 02: Rest in Kathmandu

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur and drive to Kakadbhitta at the border. After custom clearance drive direct to Darjling                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               04 Day: Drive to Maney Bhanjang and start trekking and stay overnight at Tonglu (3070m)                                                               

05 Day: Tonglu – Garibas (2620m) - 4 hrs
06 Day: Garibas – Sandakphu (3640m) -4 hrs and 30 minutes
07 Day: Sandakphu – Phalut (3600m) -6 hrs

08 Day: Phalut – Raman (2560m) -5 hrs
09 Day: Raman – Rimbik (2280m) -4 hrs
10 Day: Rimbik – Pelling by car - 9 hrs
11 Day: Pelling – Gangtok by car -8 hrs
12 Day : Visit Gangkot

13 Day: Drive to kakad bhitta boarder and from boarder drive to Jhapa . From Jhapa fly back to Kathmandu. 

14 Day: Rest day in Kathmandu

15 Day: Drive to international airport to fly onward destination
