Bungy Jumping, situated in the wild Bhotekoshi river that thrills from Tibbet, China, is one of the challenging sports in Nepal. It is the first bungy of Nepal at 160m height. Close to the border of Nepal and Tibbet the bungy possibly is the world's best bungy site in the highest mountain range.  This  jump was designed by one of the leading bungy consultants in New Zealand. Now the Bungy is operated by the most experienced jump masters who take the safety seriously.

Site:  About three hours drive from Kathmandu by private car. To reach to the bungy,  travelers pass by the Arniko (Kathmandu/Lhasa) Highway within 12km of the Tibet border and the famous 'Friendship Bridge'.

The Gorge:  The 166m wide steel suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi river is the longest suspension bridge in Nepal. It was designed by the Swiss for bungy Jumping with a 4 safety factors and a loading factor is 250kg per running meter. Over 6000 meters of steel wire was used to build the bridge that joins two sides of a great valley. Local used to walk for five hours to cross the bridge before its construction.
